Trenton, NJ, Wednesday, June 14, 2023 – The new NMP 820 is an efficient flow-to-size, light weight addition to the KNF line of micro pumps. Single- and two-head versions are available, producing 17.4 psig (1.2 barg) final pressure. Flow rates and ultimate vacuum for the single-head versions are up to 2.1 l/min and to 330 mbar abs (20.2 in. Hg), respectively. Two-head versions offer flow rates up to 3.5 l/min and ultimate vacuum to 100 mbar abs (27.0 in. Hg). All versions operate with exceptionally low noise and vibration, which was a major requirement for the product development of this pump series.

NMP 820 is very versatile and is well-suited for a broad set of applications. The brushless four-wired motor variant also offers PWM control, further broadening application possibilities. The quiet operation of the NMP 820 is particularly ideal for medical point-of-care, medical portable devices, negative pressure wound therapy, non-stationary emission measurement, inkjet printing, and scent diffusion.
