Command Medical Products LLC

Built on Experience. Focused on Fluid Management.

For nearly four decades, Command Medical Products has helped leading medical device OEMs turn complex product requirements into reliable, scalable manufacturing programs. Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Ormond Beach, Florida, Command specializes in contract manufacturing of single-use medical devices and components used to contain, store, transfer and control fluids in critical healthcare applications.

Command supports programs ranging from precision tubing and welded fluid-containment components to complex assemblies, custom kits and finished packaged devices. Our manufacturing expertise is paired with the agility to move quickly, communicate openly and adapt as customer needs evolve.

Fluid-Management Manufacturing Expertise

Command brings deep experience to the requirements behind fluid pathways and containment systems, including material selection, dimensional tolerances, flow consistency, leak integrity and repeatable assembly.

Capabilities include medical tube extrusion; RF welding and heat sealing; ultrasonic and laser welding; cleanroom assembly; kitting and packaging; sterilization management; downstream processing; and the integration of injection-molded components. Bringing these capabilities together helps customers reduce manufacturing handoffs, improve visibility and manage technical and operational risk.

Focused on Three Core Medical Markets

Infusion: Fluid-delivery applications including infusion and transfer sets, needle infusion devices, extension sets, manifolds, connectors and custom assemblies.

General Surgical
: Fluid-management components and assemblies for minimally invasive, robotic and traditional surgical applications, including tube sets, manifolds, containment products and sterile packaged kits.

Lab & Diagnostics: Tubing, transfer lines, fluid-storage and waste-containment products, manifolds and custom assemblies for automated diagnostic and laboratory platforms.

A Flexible Global Manufacturing Platform

Command's manufacturing footprint across the United States and Central America combines domestic technical and manufacturing capabilities with scalable, cost-effective nearshore production. This flexible platform supports new product introductions, technology transfers, production ramp-ups, changing demand and long-term product continuity.

Lean Manufacturing

Lean manufacturing is integrated into how Command designs manufacturing cells and manages production. Manual, semi-automated and automated processes are configured around individual program requirements to balance quality, throughput, flexibility and capital efficiency.

Standardized work, visual management, production-flow analysis, root-cause problem solving and continuous improvement help create stable, efficient processes capable of adapting as customer requirements and volumes change.

Quality and Regulatory Compliance

Command's operations are FDA registered and supported by ISO 13485-certified quality systems. ISO Class 7 cleanroom manufacturing provides controlled environments for medical device assembly and packaging.

Quality and regulatory requirements are incorporated throughout program planning, process development, validation, production and release. Command supports design-for-manufacturability reviews, equipment qualification, process validation, inspection planning, traceability, change control and production ramp-up.

Compliance is not treated as a final checkpoint. It is integrated into how processes are developed, transferred, validated and sustained.

Transparent Collaboration. Agility to Respond.

Capabilities and certifications establish whether a contract manufacturer can perform the work. How that manufacturer works with its customers can determine how successfully a program performs over time.

Command emphasizes direct communication, realistic planning and transparency around risks, decisions and progress. When requirements change or challenges arise, our teams bring the right functions together quickly and work collaboratively toward practical solutions.

That transparency is paired with agility. Whether responding to a supply disruption, implementing an engineering change, accelerating a launch or adding capacity, Command moves with urgency while maintaining disciplined change control and regulatory compliance.

Trusted to Deliver

Across Infusion, General Surgical, and Lab & Diagnostics, Command combines specialized fluid-management expertise, scalable U.S. and Central American manufacturing, lean discipline and regulatory rigor with a collaborative approach designed to help customers navigate complexity and change.

We exist to enhance, sustain and save lives. That purpose shapes how we approach every program, every partnership and every product entrusted to Command.
