Engineering is at the core of everything we do at Rose Medical. Our goal is to always stay on the cutting edge of manufacturing technology to ensure we can help our customers continue to develop life saving devices. Todd Grimm originally founded the company as a medical device machine building company. Although we no longer externally sell custom equipment, all the equipment used in our manufacturing is custom designed and built by our manufacturing engineering team, giving us a much broader range of capability. We look to integrate automation into our processes whenever possible to continually increase quality and decrease cost.
