Tekra is strengthening its medical materials portfolio with the introduction of medical-grade ACRYLITE® PMMA films and EUROPLEX® cyclic olefin copolymer (COC) films

Tekra a Mativ Brand, New Berlin, WI— Tekra, a leading distributor of high performance plastic films and adhesives, is strengthening its medical materials portfolio with the introduction of medical-grade ACRYLITE® PMMA films and EUROPLEX® cyclic olefin copolymer (COC) films. Engineered for precision, purity, and biocompatibility, these materials support the rapidly growing needs of diagnostic device manufacturers, microfluidics developers, and medical OEMs.

Tekra will be offering ACRYLITE® 0F301 and 0F302 medical films intended for diagnostic test strips, microfluidic components, biosensor layers, and medical labeling, where optical clarity and material purity are critical. “Our ACRYLITE® medical films are a perfect addition to our portfolio of medical products.
