Element 22 manufactures Titanium components per Metal Injection Molding for the Medical and Aerospace industry.
The main usage of the manufactured components is medical implants, made of C.P. Ti per ASTM F2989 and Ti6Al4V per ASTM F2885 and other Titanium alloys. Our components have approval for human Implantation in Europe, Asia and the Americas, including the USA.

The MIM Net Shape manufacturing process allows manufacturing complex geometries for competitive prices. We only use a fraction of the energy and material required when using traditional machining processes, while achieving the same material properties. The same applies for CO2 output.
