Disposable Instrument Co. custom manufactures stainless steel surgical components using a proprietary process, yielding a high-gloss finish that’s free of burrs, cracks, pits and machining marks.  The company custom-manufactures  stainless steel surgical components including wound-drainage and laparoscopic trocars, K-wires & Steinmann pins , tunnelers , guide pins,  obturators  as well as handles, points, ends., introducers and custom instruments. Disposable Instrument Company uses  surgical grade materials in compliance with ASTM F899 & ISO 7153-1, as well as implant grade materials in compliance with ASTM F138 & ISO 5832-1. Other materials may be available on request. The result is a reduced time-to-market.
