Qure Medical is born from the acquisition of several of the leading elastomeric solutions providers (Lexington Medical, MED Inc., Limtech) in the Medical Device industry. These companies were joined to form one company capable of servicing its customers' molding and extrusion requirements from multiple geographies, including China and Europe. We host the broadest elastomeric processing capabilities in the medical industry: material mixing/milling, HCR compression/transfer/injection molding, liquid silicone molding, and silicone tube extrusion. These production processes are further enhanced by in-house materials science and product design/FEA capabilities, as well as comprehensive mold, automation, and vision system design and fabrication expertise.

  We manufacture tight tolerance rubber and silicone components, plastic based sub-assemblies, and packaged products for companies worldwide. Utilizing our leading edge Material Development laboratory, we develop custom low extractable/leachable medical formulations.

Our presses range in size from 20-ton to 850-ton and are capable of quick projects or full 24/7 operations. We utilize silicone materials that are USP Class VI, as well as ISO 10993. Silicone Extrusion is always performed in a Class 8 Clean Room. All of our tubing and profiles use a closed-loop system to ensure continual consistency and repeatability. Striping and in-line cutting are available options that optimize part value. We specialize in the creation of wound drains, specialty catheters, peristaltic pump tubing, and sterilization profiles.

To ensure high quality medical devices, Qure provides automated secondary operations and inspection with competitive-priced in-house design/build capability. Inline automated processes reduce our customers’ total costs of ownership. Finishing secondary operations include custom slicing, skiving, finishing fixtures, hole punching, pad printing, component gluing, and assembly. We use innovative technology, including optical/laser metrology equipment, 100% programmed in-process and final dimensional inspections, use of macro lens video microscopes, OGP Flash Inspection System, MicroVu EXCEL, and Vertex Systems for non-contact measuring on automated CMM platforms
