We are a manufacturer and convertor of Non-Woven textiles, specializing in high efficiency filtration media composites which have been utilized in a number of respiratory markets. These markets serve many HME (Heat and Moisture Exchange) applications including; spirometry, bacterial/viral filtration in life support devices, anesthesia and pulmonary function.
Our distinct use of Technostat® (a charged electret media), encapsulated by hydrophobic membranes, results in a medical device with very low pressure drop and bacterial and viral filtration efficiencies (BFE/VFE) well over 99.999%. Superior Felt and Filtration also provides fabrication services including; heat welding, ultrasonic cutting, breathable laminates and composite slitting.
