Small Devices, Big Challenges: Mastering Adhesive Technology for Medical Wearable Manufacturing

The rapid growth of medical wearable devices is driving increased demands on manufacturing scalability, device miniaturization, and process reliability. As component density rises and form factors shrink, bonding technologies become a critical enabler for both product performance and efficient production.

This talk will focus on the performance characteristics of UV-curable adhesives in medical wearable applications. For each interface, relevant adhesive requirements, such as adhesion to dissimilar substrates, flexibility and environmental resistance, are discussed, along with suitable material solutions.
