Plasmatech provides surface engineering equipment and contract services based on low pressure gas plasma. We specialize in high performance dry coatings including ThinGLYDE (lubricious/low CoF); ThinGUARD (barrier/hydrophobic); MicroTIE (bondable interface layers); and MicroFLOW (high surface energy/hydrophilic). In addition to PECVD services and equipment, a full line of equipment and contract services are available for conventional plasma processes, including ultra-pure cleaning and polymer surface modification. Materials that can be treated include plastic, metal, glass, ceramic and fabric. Custom coating solutions can be developed for unique surface requirements. Parylene coating equipment is also available.
