OPS Solutions developed The Light Guide System (LGS), a new, patented software-based technology designed to help reduce errors for manufacturers in manual assembly and training operations. Being flexible and scalable, LGS accurately projects lighted work instructions, symbols, blueprints, videos and more directly on all areas of a work cell or training station. These colored and animated lighted prompts called Visual Display Features (VDFs) sequentially guide operators throughout their entire assembly cycle, therefore reducing reliance on printed work instructions, computer screens or memory.
