Ontario Plastics Inc. (OPI) is ISO 9001:2008 certified and has been in business since 1946. The company's 35,000 sq. ft. production facility includes 18 molding presses, ranging in size from 40 tons (1 oz shot size) to 450 tons (60 oz shot size), as well as many other secondary machines. OPI meets early supplier involvement needs including prototype tooling, aluminum molds, part concept & design collaboration, and reverse engineering. The company also offers a variety of secondary services, such as ultrasonic welding, inserting, machining, solvent bonding, and assembly services.
