Merrill's Packaging Inc. has more than 40 years' experience providing custom thermoformed sterilizable packaging for the medical device industry. Materials used include PETG, PP, HDPE, HIS, APET, and high-heat polycarbonate. Class 100,000 cleanrooms are used. The company offers in-house packaging design and tooling services, and operates under ISO 13485;2016 quality systems. Merrill's Packaging also operates a thermoforming factory in Costa Rica.
