Keysight Technologies

Agilents Electronic Measurement Group is expected to begin operating as Keysight, Aug. 1. On Sept. 19, 2013, Agilent announced plans to separate into two publicly traded companies through a U.S. tax-free spinoff of its electronic measurement business. The new company, Keysight Technologies, is expected to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Agilent on August 1, 2014. Completion of the separation is expected in early November 2014.
