EmbedTek designs and manufactures computers, software, sensors, cameras, displays and vision systems for original equipment manufacturers. EmbedTek’s systems are used in a breadth of medical devices, including clinical training and simulation systems, medical imaging, diagnostic and surgical tools, and DICOM translation, communications, and data download. The entire process of design, manufacturing, and integration happens under one roof at EmbedTek’s facility in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Design engineers combine commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) technology with custom hardware and software specific to the application.
