Astro Pak Corporation has a variety of mobile and fixed cleanrooms ranging from ISO class 5 (Fed
Std 209 Class 100) to ISO class 6 (Fed Std 209 Class 1,000). Our flagship facility, located in Downey,
CA has a Quality Management system that is ISO 9001:2008 & AS9100 certified. Astro Pak cleans
using several cGMP methods including hand detailing, ultrasonic, passivation, high pressure spray,
and high temperature vacuum bake out. To validate our cleaning, we perform analytical testing such
as non-volatile residue (NVR), and particulate testing with custom packaging.
