Amphenol InterCon Systems provides design, process development, termination, and assembly of interconnect devices. Medical products include thermocouples, disposable assemblies, and medical cables. Connector products include LGA sockets, pin/socket, and other board/wire connectors. Assembly capabilities include termination of fine medical conductors to other conductors, flex circuit, boards, or connectors. Termination processes include reflow solder, laser welding, arc welding, and resistance welding.
