Designs and manufactures thermal delivery and dissipation systems, including air-to-air, air-to-water, water-to-air, oil, steam, and heat pipes. Proprietary thermal conductors include Isobar heat pipes and Isoplaten-type heated platens. Both are used extensively for electronics cooling and thermoplastic and thermoset molding.
