Wytech Industries, Inc. announces the purchase of Micro-Tube Fabricators
RAHWAY, NJ - Wytech Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of wire and tubing components and assemblies, is pleased to announce the purchase of Micro-Tube Fabricators of Middlesex, New Jersey. Micro-Tube Fabricators specializes in the manufacture of precision fabricated tubular components for the medical device space as well as other industrial markets. The combined entities including recently acquired Morton Bowen, Colorado, will provide a broad spectrum of engineering, manufacturing, assembly, and value-added services to medical device OEMs who prefer total outsourcing solutions.
With the addition of Micro-Tube Fabricators manufacturing platform, technologies provided by Wytech now include wire straightening/cutting, precision grinding, wire/tube forming, laser machining, EDM, Swiss CNC machining, coatings/coating removal, heat treating, secondary operations, and more for both wire and tubing components and assemblies.
Micro-Tube Fabricators will continue to operate and employ 65 people out of its 24,000 square foot facility in Middlesex, New Jersey facility.
