PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - November 09, 2011) - Suntron Corporation, a leading manufacturer of electronics manufacturing services and embedded computing solutions, announced today that it will be hosting a 30th anniversary celebration at its Phoenix, AZ facility this week.

Suntron's 99,000 sq. ft. Phoenix facility serves as the center of its Southwest Operations, producing high reliability products for Aerospace, Defense, Medical and Industrial markets. The site is NADCAP, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001:2008 certified, in addition to being ITAR-registered, and recently completed AS9100 C certification.

Suntron's celebration will take place on the afternoon of Thursday, November 10th at 1pm. Attendees will include Congressman Ben Quayle; Glenn Hamer, President & CEO of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Suntron President and CEO Ed Wheeler, and Tom Anderson, Phoenix Plant Manager. Some of Suntron's over 200 Phoenix-area employees will also be honored at the event for providing 10 or more years of service to the company.
