Tubing manufacturer announces new name, president and e-commerce site in phase one of business direction shift


Poway, CA  – K-Tube Technologies, formerly K-Tube Corporation, responds to 
customer needs by better aligning with the current medical device engineering market. 
The first phase of a three stage roll-out includes a name change, the promotion of a new 
company president, Greg May, and the launch of an e-commerce website, K-Tube 
K-Tube Technologies, the largest U.S. based manufacturer of small diameter tubing, 
provides full raw material traceability assuring optimal design performance and 
regulatory compliance.  
“Our tubing is used in catheters and needles where quality and consistency are critical to 
a device’s performance,” said new president Greg May. “We’re committed to the end 
goal, which in the medical field is providing safe and effective care for the patient.”
With customer confidence at the forefront of these new changes,
  K-Tube Direct provides 
customers with the ability to order stock products online and in low volumes. K-Tube 
Technologies is the only major tube mill in the United States to launch an e-commerce 
website  and also offers same-day shipping.

experience for our customers,” said May. “A great idea should never have to wait for

Prior to his current role, May served as the vice president of engineering for K-Tube. He 
joined the company in 2002 as the vice president of operations. May earned his bachelor 
of science from The Ohio State University.
