Two Phillips-Medisize facilities received the 2015 Wisconsin Corporate Safety Award
May 18, 2016 (Hudson, WI) – Phillips-Medisize
Corporation announced today that two of its facilities – Custom in
Phillips, WI and Phillips-Medisize Menomonie in Menomonie, WI – are
recipients of the 2015 Wisconsin Corporate Safety Award.
Matt Jennings, Chairman and CEO, commented, “Our Safety and Health
Policy states, ‘Integration of safety and health into daily activities
such that no activity is so important that it will be pursued at the
sacrifice of safety and health.’ This award validates the efforts of our
people and the safety systems they live, every day, at our facilities.

fact that one or more of our facilities have received this award for the
past 11 out of 14 years. We are truly honored to receive this award.'
Of the 124 applicants, 84 companies were selected as qualified
finalists for this award and advanced to Phase II. In Phase II, an
independent panel of 45 safety, health, and human resource professionals
chose the 15 winning companies that received this prestigious award
were chosen by. Representatives from Phillips-Medisize were present at
the annual Wisconsin Safety and Health Conference and Expo on May 16-18,
2016 in Wisconsin Dells, WI to accept the awards.
