Soquel, CA – September 13, 2010 – Dorothy (Dot) Cordova has joined Pacific Plastics & Engineering as Program Manager. She is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring production programs from outlining the scope, timeline and budget parameters to ordering tooling, managing prototype production and first article testing to developing manufacturing and assembly process instructions, and design controls. She works closely with the account team, customer service, manufacturing and quality so that PPE’s high standards are met. “It gives me great satisfaction and pride to work with a team of professionals that are customer-focused,” remarked Ms. Cordova. “I want to make a positive difference here at Pacific Plastics & Engineering.”
Cordova’s decade of experience in biomed/biopharma as project manager provides her with the skills and understanding to support PPE’s customer needs for professional project management. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Cordova worked at AcelRx Phamaceuticals, J&J/ALZA and PDL Bio Pharma.
