Advanced Powder Products, Inc. Completes New 25,000 Square-Foot Manufacturing Facility

Philipsburg, PA November 5, 2020 – We are proud to announce that our new 25,000 square-foot manufacturing building is now complete. The metal injection molding industry is growing at a rate of 5 to 7 percent and APP is proud to be one of the fastest growing companies in the United States for the last four years. With that growth, we were quickly running out of space. The completion of our building expansion will support our growth by adding capacity for subsequent years. This allows APP to vertically integrate to better serve our growing customer base and needs.

This new expansion features a 25,000 square-foot facility. We house a state-of-the-art quality lab, increased processing capabilities, automation development and a research and development center. We are driving technology-based manufacturing to better service our customers and continue our growth. Our growth plans include the hiring of skilled professionals, engineers, and technicians, as well as entry level manufacturing support.

Founded in 2000, Advanced Powder Products, Inc. (APP) specializes in metallurgy, engineering, metal injection molding (MIM) and 3D metal printing to manufacture precision metal components for the medical device, industrial, automotive, aerospace and defense industries.  The U.S. based company offers additional proprietary solutions including ProtoMIM® and Printalloy® that give the customer multiple options for precision, net-shape components.
