HACKENSACK, NJ - A unique two component, room temperature curing, high temperature resistant epoxy adhesive called EP35LV has been introduced by Master Bond Inc., Hackensack, N.J. This system produces high strength bonds whose strength is maintained even after long exposures to temperatures in the 450°F-500°F range. It has a 100 to 70 mix ratio by weight.
Master Bond EP35LV produces durable and tough bonds which are remarkably resistant to thermal cycling and chemicals including water, oil, and most organic solvents. It has a service operating temperature range of -60°F to 450-500°F. Adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics, wood, vulcanized rubbers, and many plastics is excellent.
EP35LV is 100% reactive and does not contain any diluents or solvents. Only contact pressure is required during cure. It is available in pint, quart, gallon, and 5 gallon pail container kits.
