In a move that benefits the growing liquid silicone rubber (LSR) processing market, the ELMET-DME partnership combines a superior, standardized product with an experienced service team dedicated to helping elastomer processors succeed.

For applications such as LSR, high temperature vulcanizing (HTV) silicone and rubber processing, the main advantages of ELMET's cold runners lie in the direct gating capabilities, optimum material protection features and short cycle times.
The valve gate cold runner system introduces a unique way of controlling valve gate nozzles through the use of electrical motors installed directly on each nozzle.
