Harrison, OH – The Sentinel Blackbelt Pro is a multi-functional leak and flow test instrument built for maximum performance utilizing high speed pressure and flow measurement technology. Designed by Cincinnati Test Systems, the instrument utilizes advanced algorithms derived from over 30 years of proven test experience to produce fast and accurate results required by the most demanding customers. The Sentinel line of instruments has earned respect in the marketplace and the New Sentinel Blackbelt Pro instrument will be no exception. The Blackbelt Pro performs accurate measurements in part to its multi-point factory calibration process used in conjunction with high accuracy pressure transducers, flow sensors, and 40 million cycle valve manifolds.
The Blackbelt Pro instrument is designed to conduct up to 4 tests simultaneously; technologies supported by this instrument are pressure, vacuum, and flow measurements. The heart of this instrument is eight 24-bit analog to digital circuits; four to measure test pressure/pressure drop and four additional circuits to measure flow sensor output during a flow test. Each high resolution measurement is evaluated by the instrument corresponding to accept and reject set point criteria.
The Sentinel instrument is designed to be operator friendly plus the pressure and flow instrument can handle a wide range of test types while offering outstanding data tracking capability. The Blackbelt Pro comes in two standard packages; a benchtop unit and a wallmount integration package. Each design provides mass flow, pressure/vacuum decay-leak standard, pressure/vacuum drop, rate of change, and occlusion test types; a vivid, state-of-the-art color graphic touch screen for easy navigation and viewing; on-screen accept criteria is displayed for positive operator feedback; and multi-language software (changed by a menu selection); programming of up to 999 part programs; auto calibration ensuring accurate results and easy operation; quick test for reducing test time and analyzing test results in real time; flexible communication formats - USB, Ethernet, and RS-232; last 1,000,000 tests results stored in on-board memory.
